One year on...

The last 14 months since I created Gong Within have been an absolute blast. I've established two monthly sound baths at community centers in Adlington and Urmston. I'm also delighted to have developed a strong working relationship with Janine Noblett, bringing joint yoga and sound events to Adlington and Rivington. Not to mention the numerous staff well being events I've hosted for my colleagues. The chaplain, Jeremy Law, together with the safe hands of Kevin Scallon have seen me establish a loyal group of gong bathers who constantly buoy me up after a working day.

Special mention must go to Phil McNamara, who has imbued me with much knowledge and practical tips for all things gong. The lovely ladies at the Harmony Hub have continued to give me their support, and despite being the busiest I've ever been, I've managed to make it to a few of their sound baths which are second to none. My wonderful friends and family have continued to indulge my gong passion. And the creative genius behind Thunderbolt Yoga and Sounds has provided me with things too numerous to mention.

What a year 2023 was! I can't wait to find out what 2024 has in store...
